My name is Kimberly Short and I am the office manager for Berger Hargis. I have worked in accounting for twenty years and have been with Berger Hargis since 2006. I was raised in southeast Missouri but relocated to Indianapolis in 2003. I have two sons that make me proud every day and a wonderful and supportive family back in Missouri. I enjoy any outdoor activity, cooking, and crossword puzzles. And believe it or not I actually enjoy going to work!
In the time that I have been working at Berger Hargis I have been adopted by everyone and have added some wonderful people to my family. For someone like me who was raised in a town of 1200 people, I have found that working for smaller companies has always been my preference over working for large corporations.
I am an extremely family oriented person and everyone at Berger Hargis has come to feel like family to me and I don’t think you ever really find that when you work for large companies. I have two of the best mentors in the world in Chris and Bryan. They are constantly showing me how to be a better person and to learn how to overcome the difficult things that life and work throw at you.
